Thanks to years of experience in real estate, I combine professionalism, dedication, and innovation. To my clients, I bring access to private listings and a trusted network of institutional investors and international developers.

I specialize in sale of investment assets. Thanks to long-term relationships with funds, investors, and developers, I ensure a swift, discreet, and efficient process focused on maximizing value for the client.

I also represent clients in sale and rental of premium residential properties in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region. I handle each transaction individually, transparently, and with a focus on achieving the best outcome.

I was born in Liberia, the capital of the Costa Rican province of Guanacaste. During my work at Embassy of the Republic of Costa Rica in Prague I learned that a good outcome rests on discretion, precision, and respect for all parties in negotiations.

Along with opportunities in Central Europe, I therefore also offer safe entry into unique real estate and development projects in Costa Rica, where I know both the market and the legal environment well.
